Since we don’t live in Atlanta, we were concerned about who would be the real estate agent to help our daughter find her first home. Lynn exceeded our expectations. Our daughter had recently started a new job but she wanted to buy the condo on her own. We offered to co-sign with her in case it was necessary. Lynn supplied mortgage contacts for our daughter’s Midtown condo purchase. One of her mortgage lender suggestions found a type of loan that she could get on her own. Unfortunately, only a couple of weeks before the Closing date, our daughter’s loan hit a loan documentation roadblock. Lynn jumped into the search to find an answer. With her help, we got around the roadblock and our daughter achieved her goal. She got a home of her own based on her own resources. I am happy to recommend Lynn. She certainly met all our family’s needs.
